JTec IT Ltd Referral Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to existing clients of JTec IT Ltd who refer new business opportunities that result in new business for JTec IT Ltd.

2. Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies for a reward if it leads to one or more of the following:

A new IT support contract

A new IT project to be undertaken by JTec IT Ltd

Referrals must be submitted directly to JTec IT Ltd via email or through our designated referral form. Self-referrals or referrals from within the same organisation are not eligible.

3. Rewards

Depending on the value and nature of the business generated from the referral, participants may choose one of the following rewards:

Overnight Hotel Stay

At Galgorm Hotel or another venue of your choice, up to the value of £250

Luxury Spa Day

At Galgorm Hotel or another venue of your choice, up to the value of £150

Sporting Event Ticket

A ticket to watch Ulster Rugby or another local sporting event of your choice, up to the value of £75 (subject to ticket availability)

Show Ticket

A ticket to watch a theatre show or another local music event of your choice, up to the value of £75 (subject to ticket availability)

Retail Vouchers

Amazon or another retailer of your choice, up to the value equivalent to the referral’s business impact

JTec IT Ltd will determine the reward value based on the scale and scope of the resulting business.

4. Reward Distribution

Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the referred business being confirmed and invoiced. JTec IT Ltd reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal value if the preferred option is unavailable.

5. General Conditions

JTec IT Ltd reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of referrals.

This promotion may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

JTec IT Ltd’s decision on reward eligibility and value is final.
